PROCEDURES
- Buyer issues a LOI + RWA/BCL + NCND
-Seller or Seller Mandate issues FCO
-Buyer sign seal and return the FCO
-Seller issues Draft Contract
-Buyer sign, seal and return the Contract, seller sign the Contract and return to the
Buyer
-Within 3 (three) banking days, Buyer Bank sends a Non- operative SBLC /FFDLC/BG
for total shipment value to the seller’s Bank
-Within 5(Five) banking days, Seller’s Bank sends Proof of Products (POP) + PB 2%
via Swift Bank to Bank methods to the Buyer’s Bank and Activate the Payment
Instrument.
-SBLC/FFDLC/BG Becomes operative.
-Shipment Starts.

2. Origin: Islamic Republic of Iran.
3. Package: New steel drums 180Kgs net/Bulk/Poly Bag.
4. Quantity: Min 200MT - max 30,000MT per Month.
5. Payment term: Irrevocable Confirmed LC at sight against Docs or T/T (buyer`s choice).
6. Documents: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, SGS Certificate, Packing List, Origin Certificate
& (Insurance policy).
7. Delivery term: FOB Bandar Abbas/CNF and CIF safe ports.
8. Delivery time: Within 12-18days after Receipt of LC or Advanced.
9. Inspection: SGS for Quantity and Quality at Load port on seller account.
10. Procedure:
1. The Buyer sends LOI with Full Details; Grade, package, Quantity, Destination port, Delivery term,
delivery time, payment term, Target price and additional details to: huttol@yahoo.com .
2. The Seller issues draft contract to the Buyer with banking information open for review and
amendment via email, also the seller sends past SGS test report and past BL to the buyer.
3. The Buyer makes necessary edits in the contract, signs, and seals and sends back draft contract to
the Seller by email within 4days of seller issuing the contract.
4. The Seller signs the contract (and NCNDA+IMFPA) and sends the signed copies of final contract
(picture format) and Issued P/I to the Buyer by email within 2days of Buyer signing the contract.
5. The Buyer Lodges Proforma Invoice in their bank, Issues LC and sends draft LC to the Seller.
6. The seller makes Necessary amends in the draft LC and return to the buyer within 24Hrs.
7. The buyer sends Copy of LC to the seller`s email.
8. Shipping starts from 12-18 days after receipt of LC and will be finish to the agreement time.
9. The seller Lodges Necessary Docs to the their Bank and sends copy of this Docs to the Buyer`s
email.
(10) Commission will be pay to the agent`s account by the seller within 3-7days after shipping.
